Looking for For Front Desk with Dental Assistant Expereince

The Dental Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with a passion for helping others and have Dental Assistant experience.
Patient Coordintoar Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule
• Collect patient information and update patient records
• Verify insurance and process patient payments
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Follow all infection control protocols
• Comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Assist with Sterilization
• Act as a backup Dental Assistant As needed

Patient Coordinator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a dental office setting
• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
