In this role you will provide planning system analysis and support working to understand AOS's planning request systems; vendor planning software architecture, functions, attribute factors, process flow, and data flow. You will be fully involved in the project data integration analysis, development and support. Becoming fully aware of all of AOS's data flow to and from the vendor planning software.
Your primary job duties and tasks will include:
-Communicating with the software vendor to collect the IT requests and come up with the IT solution in collaboration with our IT team for data integration.
-Overseeing implementation, coordinating testing and observing the data flow to validate performance.
-Use of the data check tools provided by the vendor to uncover daily data issue and notify the AOS business users.
-Coordinate with planning and business users to provide on time subcon/fab data.
-Become familiar with AOS home grown ERP such as HR, CRM, logistics, and financial modules to evaluate and analyze cross functional department considerations
Qualifications:
BS Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent experience
1 years of programming experience; database query knowledge
Good verbal and written communications skills
Proven ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner; strong problem-solving skills
