Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist cruise passengers with the boarding process.
Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to cruisers' inquiries with professionalism.
Facilitate a seamless and organized check-in experience for all passengers.
Participate in PAID training sessions to master the check-in protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

A professional attitude paired with superior communication abilities.
A keenness to learn and the capacity to thrive in a bustling environment.
Must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the specified dates.
Proficiency in working alongside a diverse group of passengers and team members.
Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
