Responsibilities:Providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients during night shifts.Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in accordance with pediatric protocols and standards.Monitoring and managing pediatric patients' conditions, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed,.Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.Providing education and support to pediatric patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.Documenting all pediatric patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Qualifications:Current RN license in the state of Texas.Previous experience in pediatric nursing is preferred.BLS and PALS certifications are required.
