He / She also oversees the safety and well being of guests and associates.
**Other Duties Include:**
* Performs a continuous foot patrol of the entire property
* Responds to and investigates all hotel related accidents and incidents
* Coordinates accidents and incidents with Police Dept. and Sherriff Dept. as needed
* Monitors employee going to and from the property ensuring the security of the hotel property
* Provides escorts for cash banks and late night associate departure
* Departmental key check-in and check-out
* Handles lost and found items according to property program
* Follows safety and security procedures and rules
* Know department and hotel fire prevention and emergency procedures.
* Report substandard (unsafe) conditions to supervisors
* Programming and interrogation of locks in lock system
* Assist all departments as needed
**Requirements:**
* Prior hotel security experience preferred
* Valid drivers license, required to valet vehicles
* Customer service skills
* Hospitality experience
* Attend Monthly Mandatory Meetings
