MoveUp Consulting is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to join our team in Providence, RI!
Compensation & Benefits/Perks:
- Base $45,000-50,000 per year (with potential to make $65k or more including bonuses)

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years in Team Management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a field operations setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the field operations industry.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
Duties & Responsibilities of Role:
- High energy & Morning huddles
- Customer payments

- Claim handling
- Truck checklist
- ETA calls
- Close out jobs in CRM
- Final review request
- Get crew pumped and ready to start the day
- Ensure crew and trucks have everything needed for the day
- Lead and supervise field teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate and schedule field activities, including personnel assignments, equipment deployment, and project timelines.
- Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among field personnel.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
