What We Are Seeking

Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team at a well-established, family-owned independent insurance agency in the Scottsdale, AZ area. We are in search of an individual who possesses a strong work ethic, has excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide responsive, personalized service to our clients. If you’re passionate about insurance and helping people, this REMOTE role is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage client accounts on a daily basis, including all services, answering all questions and resolving problems.
• Obtain quotes and secure the most suitable coverage from carriers based upon client needs.
• Update and maintain all communication and notes for client accounts / policies in TAM (agency management system).
• Proactively maintain open partnership with internal staff and carrier contacts by keeping him/her informed of pertinent information regarding assigned accounts.
• Communicate subjectivities and exclusions for new and renewal business and document the difference in policy forms when comparing various quotes.
• Use specific industry training and knowledge to determine the needs of the client and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Responsible for understanding all assigned accounts to give proper advice for changing situations, which may require modifications to existing coverage.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (any state)
• Ability to work on Mountain Standard Time
