Embark on an exciting journey as a National Account Manager, where you'll lead partner relationships, drive growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote setting. Modality: Remote or In-Office
FLSA Exemption: Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Travel Requirement : Up to 50%

What you'll be doing:

  • Own Partner relationships along with the associated overall growth and satisfaction of said Partners – consistent engagement is paramount

  • Create and execute business plans for existing national Partners

  • Partner with the Business Development team to influence roll out plans for new, strategically important partners with the expectation that these rollout plans and Partners will transfer to you after the Partner is onboarded

  • Take a leading role in building and giving presentations to the Partners showcasing results, trends and opportunities

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to align resources needed for support and growth (Operations, Tech, Product, Sales, etc…)

  • Report to Senior Management on the status, growth and needs of your assigned Partners

  • Continuous monitoring of market trends, competitors, and new leads

What you have:

  • 5 years experience in a National Account Manager position

  • Solid grasp of sales metrics and performance measures

  • A thorough aptitude for developing specific strategies that would be included in a business plan built for growth

  • Demonstrated track record of sales performance and goal attainment

  • Excellent client-relation and communication skills

  • Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities

  • A strong client-focused mindset

What will make you stand out:

  • 7 years of experience in a National Account Manager position

  • Extensive experience managing multiple partners that are existing and new to the company

  • 3 years experience in Business Development
