Hunzinger Williams Inc is Hiring an Outside sales representative Near Barrington, IL

Are you a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional with a passion for outdoor living spaces? Hunzinger Williams Awning Manufacturing and Installation Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a 1099 basis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and closing leads, promoting, and selling our high-quality awning products and installation services to residential and commercial clients.

If you're an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys the freedom of an independent contractor role and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities : Lead Generation and Closure : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through various channels.

Follow up on leads, conduct outreach, and build a pipeline of potential clients. Work diligently to close sales, meeting or exceeding established targets.

Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their outdoor living needs.

Conduct on-site consultations to assess client requirements and propose tailored awning solutions. Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of our awning products, materials, and installation processes.

Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the customer base. Proposal Development : Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining product recommendations, pricing, and installation timelines.

Work closely with clients to address any questions or concerns and finalize contracts. Networking : Attend industry events, home shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and build a network of potential clients.

Utilize online platforms and social media to promote our awning products and engage with potential customers. Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Provide regular updates to the management team on sales progress and challenges. Qualifications : Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or outdoor living industry.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of awning products and installation processes is a plus. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
