Your Role
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining inventory levels for stock standard products (own Mfg. and bought), communicating inventory requirements to Supply Chain Manager and servicing the customers with 100% on time delivery. Also, the Incumbent must maintain overseen warehouses with respect to inventory balances and resupply orders where applicable.
- Work with Supply and Planning groups as well as Sales to develop forecasts for stock inventory.
- Enter product codes and standard costs
- Review vendor acknowledgment for stock material and communicate impact to customers orders
- Expedite vendor deliveries based on expected delivery date
- Use systems to effectively manage stock levels and replenishment
- Monitor customer inventory programs
- MRP maintenance
- System Administration
Education- AA/AS in Supply Chain, Materials Management or Business Administration, CPIM (certified in Production and Inventory Management) or related filed. B.S. in Supply chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, CPIM ( certified in Production and Inventory Management) or related filed.
Experience- Experience working in BPCS/MRP II/ ERP LX. Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of Materials Management. V
