As part of our strategy of increasing our resource we are seeking a FAE to join our Sales team. This role will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. Key Position Responsibilities As FAE, you will be responsible for providing technical value to our customers who integrate our motor drivers, analog and digital magnetic sensors, DC/DC converters and lighting circuits. As a partner in the sales process, you will be responsible for supporting design-in and technical closure activities, while working in close collaboration with product and system engineering teams of the relevant business units (BUs) inside Allegro. As FAE system knowledge will be a key part of your role as you will be required to work in close collaboration with FAEs’ and marketing and product application teams in other territories to identify and communicate new product technical requirements based on customer feedback. From time to time, you will also be required to provide technical product training to Allegro’s sales organization and franchised distribution network. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products / applications / solutions. Provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Develop the best technical and commercial solution for a given project. Identify potential problem areas and actively manage the solution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with your customer base. Assist in the development of responses to RFQs. Provide customer feedback to Strategic Marketing and System Engineering teams to define the next generation of products. Build a mini application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. Position Requirements BS/MS Electronic Engineering degree 5 years of working experience at Electronic / Automotive Industries , Experience as FAE in the semiconductor industry would be an advantage. Good communication skills by developing credibly and providing high-impact technical presentations. Self-motivated and goal oriented.
