Job Summary:
The Shipping Clerk at All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Bridgeton, Missouri is a part-time, hourly position within the auto industry. This role is an individual contributor role with a weekly compensation of $15 per hour. The main responsibility of the Shipping Clerk is to ensure the timely and accurate shipment Parts to our customers. This role will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming vehicles and prepare them for shipment by thoroughly inspecting, detailing, and adding necessary documentation
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, as well as transfer vehicles to different locations
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurate and complete for each shipment
- Communicate with different departments, such as Sales and Service, to prioritize and schedule vehicle shipments
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping and receiving areas
- Document and report any damages or issues with vehicles
- Assist with other dealership tasks or projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, inventory, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
