Works cooperatively and effectively with staff and other administrative support personnel in maintaining the standards of professional behavior. Performs duties in the department in compliance with policies and procedures of the hospital, regulations or applicable regulatory agencies. Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Director of Cardiology Services
Must-Haves
- Licenses: RT(R) or Paramedic
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon hire. Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained through the American Heart Association (ACLS) is required within 6 months of employment.
- Graduate of Radiology Technology program (RT-R), or Graduate of a Paramedic Program.
- Diagnostic viewing of coronary and peripheral arteries
- Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS)
- Revascularization of coronary and peripheral arteries
- Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
- Stenting
- Peripheral Atherectomy
- Insertion of Temporary and Permanent Pacemakers
- Mechanical and Pharmacological Thrombolysis
- Right Heart Catherization
- Insertion of Swan-Ganz catheters
- Insertion of Intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP)
- Insertion, removal, exchange, declots of hemodialysis catheters
- Insertion of PICC lines
- Insertion of nephrostomy tubes, g-tubes, biliary drains
- Insertion of Pleurx catheters
- Kyphoplasty
- Vertebroplasty
- Monitoring and documentation of hemodynamic status intraprocedure.
