State of West Virginia is Hiring a Dentist Near Morgantown, WV

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only provide high-quality dental care within the clinic setting but also have the flexibility and enthusiasm to engage in mobile dental services. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to our mission of improving the oral health and overall well-being of the community.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures, to patients within the clinic.

- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professional to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress.

- Supervision of staff secondary to program manager

- Participate in mobile dental outreach programs to deliver dental care to underserved populations, schools, community centers, and other locations as needed.

- Organize and supervise mobile dental staff. Support with scheduling, equipment preparation, and team coordination.

- Educate communities on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care

- Foster positive relationships with community organizations, schools, and local leaders to promote oral health awareness and access to dental services.

- Participate in community events and initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of oral health and preventive dental care.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry through continuous learning, attending workshops, conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Current and unrestricted dental license in WV

- Proven experience in providing comprehensive dental care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Flexibility and willingness to participate in mobile dental services.
