Position Summary:

Service Coordinator position is responsible for Day-to-Day scheduling. Forecasting workload and manpower requirements. Contacting and verifying customers for service availability. Ensuring all rental equipment is secured and delivered to the appropriate time and location. Communicating with the Service Supervisor any discrepancies found in Technician documentation. Audit reports for completion and send to End Users. Quote any immediate / emergency parts needed. Close jobs and prepare for billing. Produce sales orders for inspections and repairs. Retrieve P.O.’s from customers. Provide Tech. support during and after business hours.

3. Confirming scheduling with end users

4. Estimate / quick quote immediate customer needs

5. Verify parts and assemble bins per job

6. Assemble job information for billing

7. Retrieve P.O.’s from customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
