All in 1 SPOT is an Early Intervention agency that is continuously growing to meet the developmental needs of children through our speech, occupational, and physical therapies, and ABA/Special instruction.

We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide physical therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 3 years in their most natural environment.

• Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.

• Provide services in diverse settings such as patient homes, daycare centers, facility-based and/or other community settings.

• Follow Individualized Family Service Plan, collaborate ongoing treatment, and facilitate goals and treatment plan for parents.
• Complete daily session notes after treatment.

• Prepare progress reports as per program timelines.

• Maintain client records in a confidential secure manner.

• Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, use of public transportation such as a bus or train, and/or walking.

• The ability to sit on the floor, and kneel
