The Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position:

We are seeking a qualified COTA to treat patients of all diagnosis with restoring function, increasing joint motion and improving muscle strength through passive/active exercise within their own home environment. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations. We are currently interviewing for a Full-Time position based out of our Nashville office. This position will cover the Sumner/Robertson/Northwest Davidson counties area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee OTA Certification

* Current CPR certification, or within 30 days of hire

* Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance

* One or more years' experience in home health

* Self-motivated and customer service oriented

* Must be able to pass background and drug screening
