Current and active CT Licensed Practical Nurse License in good standing
Graduate of an approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program (per state requirements)
1 year of clinical nursing experience
Valid driver's license in good standing
Must have own transportation and be reliable
Flexible availability during the afternoon, evenings, and weekends.
Good organization and communication skills
Ability to follow and carry out instructions
Experience with electronic documentation/point of care systems a plus
Previous home care experience a plus
Language: Spanish (required)
Proof of satisfactory completion of a medication course a plus. (not required)
