Description Under the direction of the CEO and CFO, the candidate will direct and manage the financial operations and planning process of the organization. Be a member of the Administrative Team to oversees the overall operations of the organization. Responsible for insuring timely reporting to the CEO, CFO and COO/CNO in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines. Performs financial analysis for new and existing programs to ensure maximum profitability. Able to analysis the financial impact on union contract Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields required. Master degree preferred. 5 years financial management experience in Hospital setting. Minimum of 5 years supervisorial experience Extensive knowledge of Health Care Accounting practices and principles. Possess a basic understanding of the business of healthcare and hospital operations. Computer literate Additional Information days, weekends as needed
