Customer Service Specialist ($19.00-$21.00/hr)

We are seeking a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company's front desk receptionist. Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions to sales team.
• Answer a multiple line phone system and manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them to appropriate team member
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
• Assist in cycle counting and organization of material in the yard
• Processes customer payments and verify credit card information
• Data entry and filing paperwork
• Assist customers inside store and outside in yard when necessary
• Assist with order prepping when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, Bilingual is a MUST
• Organizational abilities
• Data entry skills
