Inside Sales for Retail/Wholesale store (East Mesa)

Compensation: Hourly Base Pay, Overtime Pay, Plus commission pay on your sales.

Overview:
As a Worldwide direct Natural stone and Tile importer, our warehouse supplies over 500,000 Sq ft of Tile in stock and on-site. Being a Direct Importer, we can sell wholesale prices to everyone, even the public! We were established in 1999, and offer a wide variety of flooring, countertops, travertine pavers, and decorative tile. Our stone is imported from all over the world including Brazil, Turkey and China. We offer the finest natural stone products in the valley and have a wide variety to meet everyone's project needs.

Responsibilities:

As the Inside Sales your duties include but are not limited to:

1. Build a good professional relationship with customers.

2. Place orders and invoices for customers by using Quickbooks and track orders to make sure the order arrives on time and correctly.

3. Load and unload all material that comes into warehouse or going out of warehouse.
4. Forklift Operation required, and occasionally the job requires lifting and loading.
5. No travel necessary but will be responsible for the store from open to close daily to manage the store and its' proceedings daily.
6. Valid Driver's License with reputable driving record.
7. Responsible for co-calling and prospecting potential clients and service of existing customer’s needs or requests.

We are looking for a highly and self-motivated salesman. AGGRESSIVE applicants should possess excellent communication skills, as well as an excellent customer service background. A high school degree is required. Three plus years in sales is preferred. Must have a working knowledge of computers and computer software (i.e Quickbooks, Excel, Google Plus, Flickr) MUST be a multitasking personality and be able to handle more than one customer at any given time.

Interior Design experience is always a plus!

This position is salary based plus commission. The hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Every Saturday 10 a.m. to 2p.m. This position requires you to open and be responsible for all closing duties.
