YOUR ROLE

The Facilities Specialist: HVAC/Refrigerated Technician is responsible for the upkeep and performance of all heating and cooling systems within a large manufacturing facility.
Ensures administration of resources to maintain HVAC/R equipment, and ensure processes are performing to design parameters.
Continuous improvement and development of the preventative maintenance program to meet operation and production needs.
Effective planning and forecasting maintenance to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement goals.
Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on all HVAC/R processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot all HVAC/R equipment malfunctions.
Perform quality preventative maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment and processes.
Coordinate heating and cooling projects.
Perform air flow analysis to provide recommended system improvements.
Record daily logs of equipment status, failures, repairs, regulatory compliances, and other activities.
