This person will This person will review the ticket system (service-now) queues and run a variety of reports to support customer service expectations.
They will also perform data entry for converting project information over to a new Project module within Service-now.
They will also perform other data entry tasks as needed in other systems utilized by the Parma operations.
Ideal candidates would be student with technical or applications-oriented training or background; possible experience as a Help Desk or customer service representative.
Must have data entry, computer knowledge and first line of defense for help desk.
Someone who has done some help desk and has tech skills would be perfect.
One of the extra skills that we were very interested in was skills (either experience or formal training) in Business analysis.
Pay: $20.87 per hour
