AirPro Fan and Blower Co. is looking for a part-time (20-24 hours per week) Maintenance person.

What's the Job?

Perform light maintenance and conduct minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Assists facility and maintenance manager with various project.

Position Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Understanding of equipment and maintenance techniques for them
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision
• Basic organizational and communication skills
• Ability to keep self and others safe while performing work
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of the job, may lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally and/or sustain some force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Involves a mix of movements including sitting, standing, walking, and contorting as needed to work in awkward positions while performing job functions. Noise level is usually moderate to high. Majority of the work is indoors. Temperatures can range from hot to cold.

• General cleaning
• Preventive maintenance tasks on tools and equipment
• Equipment and tool repair and replacement
• Snow removal at entry doors and sidewalks. (Winter months)
• Cutting the lawn and other outside cleanup (Summer months)
• Perform all job duties in a manner safe to self and others
• Perform other duties as assigned
