THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

SCHEDULE :

This position typically works Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM, depending on the job and repair. The schedule is flexible but will be a 40-hour work week. There is an on-call option as well.

TASKS :

As an Appliance Technician - Restaurant Equipment Repair Tech, you'll embark on a journey to repair, assess, and maintain a wide array of commercial kitchen appliances. From convection ovens to steam kettles, your role involves diagnosing, researching, and repairing equipment, while maintaining precise inventory control and accurate service reports. You'll be the master technician, solving puzzles in the realm of safety.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Some commercial appliance repair experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technical ability to use a tablet and provide digital tickets
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred qualifications include 2 years of commercial kitchen and hot-side equipment repair experience, CFESA certification, knowledge and experience with residential equipment, and certification to work with rational equipment/combi ovens.
