Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all property-related activities. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for the properties - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property performance - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services - Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Oversee facilities management, including security, landscaping, and janitorial services - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of maintenance technicians - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed - Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to assist with repairs and installations - Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field - Strong background in industrial maintenance and facilities management - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team - Mechanical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting equipment issues - Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and controls - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth.
