Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for routine and non-routine testing
• Conduct investigations and troubleshoot analytical issues to ensure flawless execution of quality control processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analytical procedures and systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotech related field, or equivalent work experience will also be considered for a technician.
• Proven experience in a quality control or analytical laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including FDA and cGMP requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully implement quality control processes
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25.00 and $49.95 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
