Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Qualifications Required:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an RN role
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3) required
• Willingness to travel for the position

Overview: Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team. This role involves providing home health care to patients in the local area within the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• 1 year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of PA
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if not possessed, assistance will be provided to obtain)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

What You Need to Know:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Schedule: Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts a year
• Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
• Travel position with reimbursement provided

About the Role:

• Responsibilities include providing home health care to clients/patients in Franklin, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Skilled, hands-on home health services are offered, following a patient-centered, IDT approach to care.
• Nurses typically see 5-7 patients per day in their homes or partner facilities, with documentation expected to be completed within 24 hours of the visit.

Travel Details:

• Travel will be within 45 minutes to 1 hour of the nurse's home.
• Travel reimbursement provided (Mileage Rates Attached).
• Fleet Vehicle Program available after 6 months of employment (gas and maintenance covered).

Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Schedules are created a month in advance, with collaboration between RNs and schedulers.

Location: Franklin, PA

• Candidates MUST reside locally, as this is a travel position.
