Responsibilities:

• Harness your persuasion and relationship management abilities to proficiently oversee and broaden a customer base dedicated to HVAC construction projects.
• Utilize your expertise in project management to conduct preliminary designs for estimates.
• Your duties will encompass establishing and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales, estimating project costs, and supervising project initiation and completion.
• You will be instrumental in shaping the financial success of HVAC projects in Southeastern Wisconsin while actively leading projects alongside the field team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of project management experience in HVAC-related projects, with opportunities for those with more experience to maximize their potential.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent field experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in building codes, a foundational grasp of design principles, and a knack for developing precise estimates are necessary. Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills are imperative, coupled with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
