HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS ROLE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
The Project Manager provides support to planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, processes, and systems in support of Agrace organization and helps to drive initiatives by coordinating resources and ensuring projects are continuously moving forward.
  • Project Management
    • Service as the leader for assigned projects to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
    • Use project management tools and principles to define and manage project scope, document and monitor timeliness and deliverables, as well as identity and develop contingency plans to resolve risks and barriers.
    • Assess resources to support initiatives and achieve milestones.
    • Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to the Operations Review Council, Leadership, and other key stakeholders.
    • Plan and facilitate meeting of varied participants, using standard meeting management tools and techniques (agendas, ground rules, minutes, action item tracking, etc.)
    • Establish and maintain effective communications with all stakeholders using communication plans, status reports, and various media resources tailored to the audience.
  • Project Resource
    • Provide education on process improvement, project management and change management techniques to Agrace Management Team.
    • Serve as a resource to project teams not assigned to the Project Manager through coaching and education and review of project documents.
    • Coordinate strategic and operational projects as member of the Project Committee of the Operations Review Council.
  • Project Governance
    • Develop standardized project management tools to be used by all projects across the organization for.
    • Maintain current knowledge of trends in project management process, tools, and result tracking.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar area
  • 3 years project management experience managing concurrent large-scale cross-departmental projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent or the ability to complete within six months of employment
  • Extensive knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management techniques and tools
  • Ability to quickly assimilate, assess and act upon project status changes.
  • Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple complex initiatives crossing organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to think systemically and understand the implications of policies and practices.
  • Effectively use analytical skills to develop and analyze options, recommend solutions to and solve complex problems and issues.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pursue desired outcomes in the face of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proven customer service skills with ability to work within all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize workload to complete projects with minimal direction.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Computer proficiency in PC based software applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications and/or experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property.
