With a commitment to community development and resident satisfaction, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Affordable Housing Leasing Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Affordable Housing Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Management teams of all our properties, remotely from our Troy, MI office. This position supports all of our affordable housing managers and fills in for small sites and vacant positions for properties throughout 14 states.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Remote support for various communities when a manager is on vacation, or a position is vacant to ensure essential property functions continue.
  2. Answer phones for properties as needed and assist residents, vendors, and maintenance as needed.
  3. Assist busy sites with applications, certifications, and move-ins.
  4. Coordinate maintenance requests and enter work orders.
  5. Assist with online leasing and document management in our leasing software.
  6. Market properties with a variety of online advertising, fliers, social media, and networking.
  7. Create and maintain virtual MOR binders for each site.
  8. Pull EIV reports and store each month for each property.
  9. Assist with special projects, new property lease-ups, and audits.
  10. Assist with property manager training.
  11. Assists in remote lease signing support.
  12. Attends training as required. Successful completion of LIHTC and HUD training including a passing score on the exam.
  13. Fulfill all other assigned duties as deemed necessary and appropriate.
