Agility Partners is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior UX Designer position for a prospering retail company, located in the Central Ohio area. This is an exciting opportunity to take this already striving business to new heights! This team is fairly new, due to the company recently breaking away from their longtime parent company, who was responsible for all things design. Here in this role, you will get the opportunity to be creative, and leave your mark on new designs, and be part the foundation, taking control of an evolving web experience!

Responsibilities include the following:

* Help create experience maps, user scenarios, comps, and flows

* Develop processes an d approaches to solvi ng design problems

* Collaborate and work with cross-disciplinary teams

* Help demonstrate experience executing design practices within Agile software development

* Use known methods and help anticipate problems to strategize design solutions that meet and exceed business objectives

* Work and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams

**The Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate will bring the following:

* 4 years of Design Experience

* Strong and keen understanding of Design Development

* Familiarity with Agile Methodology preferred

* Proficient in using Design Software(s) such as: Figma, Envision, User Zoom Go, Miro, and Keynote
