POSITION OVERVIEW
Our company seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have recently graduated from high school with relevant experience or those with an associate's degree in information technology or a related field. As an IT Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accurately entering data into our systems, maintaining the integrity of our databases, and supporting our IT operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical skills while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and perform corrections as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data entered into the system.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Generate reports and extract data as requested by management or team members.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Support other IT projects and initiatives as required.

HOURS: 25 hours/week SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 1-6 pm; 2-7 pm; 3-8 pm

SALARY: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
