BioTalent are working with a Cambridge-based company that focus on pioneering cell-based treatments for athletes and burn patients to find a Manufacturing Team Lead I or II to join the team and play a vital role in producing life-changing cell therapy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanroom operations to ensure adherence to cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ethical and responsible leadership to your team, meeting production demands.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with management to achieve team and departmental goals.

Preferred Experience

• Direct line management
• Aseptic manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO audits).

Please note that this role offers an hourly rate of up to $30 and the shift pattern runs from Sunday-Wednesday.
