Position Intro:

Santé is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist (Evening) (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton, MD . This position is 11AM-7PM. As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.

By providing hope-filled care to those in crisis, you will make more than a living, you will make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
• Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
• Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
• Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

What We Require:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience.
• Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LCPC) or eligibility to become licensed. (Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

What We Value:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.
• Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LBSW,LMSW).
