Systems Engineer II MBSE LV8D Solutions is looking for a Systems Engineer MBSE who is excited about space-based remote sensing systems, has a strong desire to learn and used advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques, and wants to be a part of dynamic team providing life-cycle, end-to-end Systems Engineering and Integration services! Qualifications: Education / Experience: • Associate’s or High School Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or • Master’s Degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience Clearance: • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Requirements / Responsibilities: • Familiarity with conducting research and analysis • Collaborate with other engineers to develop end-to-end models of complex systems to include architecture and behavior of the system using Systems Modeling Language (SysML). • Identify and implement modern digital engineering solutions to complex problems and processes. • Develop System Architecture Models to be sufficiently precise and complete to serve as the authoritative source of truth for all engineering processes involved in the system project. • Assist with System Requirements Closure through the conduct of Systems Engineering Lifecycle Readiness Reviews and System Engineering Technical Reviews. • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s) and Engineering working groups that will review and assess the maturity of engineering Artifacts, CONOPS, Interfaces, and Architecture products. • Assist with decision support and technical consultation, meeting coordination, and leading the development of initial recommendations for Government decision-makers. • Familiarity with industry space-based remote sensing capabilitiesUnderstanding of basic Model-Based Systems Engineering concepts. • Professional communication skills. • Desired qualifications include o Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, Sparx, Core. o Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML). o Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. o Experience with the Intelligence Community.
