Quality Assurance Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the Quality Assurance Department, including engineers, technicians, auditors, and document control employees engaged in the support of silicon wafer manufacturing.
• Establish staffing requirements and quality systems for the selection, qualification, and correlation of measurement equipment and processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Lead efforts in quality systems, including document control, quality assurance, Quality Management System, corrective action system, customer complaints, supplier deficiencies, internal audit deficiencies, and internal rejections.
• Responsible for strategic quality planning.
• Oversee the incoming quality assurance and final quality assurance functions.
• Manage quality budgets and budgetary control.
• Develop, train, and review the performance of direct reports.

Education and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Ability to direct and manage others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in IATF certification preferred.
