The Gifting Company is Hiring a Production Worker - Seasonal Near Fort Worth, TX

Operated mixers and managed ingredients to meet product quality and uniformity standards.
Complete daily orders while adhering to company standards of quality, productivity, and appeal.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure standards of efficiency and quality are being met.
When directed, sort berries to fill daily orders.
Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.
Follow designated area clean up procedures in preparation for the start of the next shift.
Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) .
Attention to accuracy.
Coordinate and tie ribbon specified by orders onto sealed and shrink-wrapped baskets.
Run boxed baskets and flat packs through a tape machine to complete shipping preparation.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.
Clean and sanitize equipment used during production to have inspected by quality assurance personnel.
Quality Control of the product and removing any unsatisfactory product.
Placing product into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, coding and packaging
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Availability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

Physical Demands of the Position

Regularly required to stand and walk
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crawl and spend time making repetitive motions
Moderate handling that demands crouching, stooping, reaching.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Environmental Factors

Work is performed in a building that is well ventilated with moderate noise and good light
Rolling conveyor and forklifts are present
The packing process includes water and sanitation agents
