Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure all patients have a positive experience
- Schedule new and current patient appointments
- Handle incoming communication (phone calls, emails, faxes) accurately
- Verify insurance benefits
- Maintain current prescriptions & authorizations
- Collect patient payments
- Maintain a clean & organized reception & work
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a medical field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of PC computers and software
- Self-motivated
- Great relational and communication skills
- Handles conflict management professionally
- 20 hours per week
