We are actively seeking dedicated individuals, with a strong work ethic who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. You must have a desire to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds and be committed to delivering exceptional care. The home health aide performs services for the client as necessary to maintain the personal comfort of the client in their own home. Each client has specific needs which allows for variety and versatility.

The home health aide will assist our clients with services including, but not limited to:

  • Personal Care: stand by assist and /or full assistance with bathing, dressing, walking, cognitive stimulation, grooming, hair care, oral hygiene, nail care, skin care, eating, bathroom assistance, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, meal preparation, errand running, assist with getting to doctors appointments

Qualifications:

  • Honesty and integrity are a must!
  • Reliability, because our clients depend on you to be there for them.
  • Respectfulness of others and maturity with how you handle your emotions
  • Open and frequent communication
  • Good time management skills
  • Must have reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $11.00 - 13.00 /hour plus $3.20/hr. premium pay for most services
