Responsibilities
- Oversee caseload of 8-10 kiddos in center based setting
- Hybrid Role - 2 days a week Work from Home, 3 days a week in the Center
- Manage and train RBTs.
- Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
- Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
- Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred.
Required
- BCBA or BCBA-D
- New BCBAs encouraged to apply!
- $80K - 85K Up to 20K in Bonuses.
