**Schedule:** Full-time Days 7am to 7pm

**Shift** : Rotating shift times based on business needs. Candidates hired into these positions agree to cover staffing gaps as needed in their areas of expertise.

**The role youll contribute:** The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities.

Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.

Consistently develops an appropriate plan of care for patient from admission to discharge.

Establishes appropriate implementation of nursing actions to ensure competent nursing care is delivered.

Effectively evaluates the nursing plan of care to ensure safe, competent delivery of care is provided.

**The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed** **:**

**Minimum qualifications** :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree.

Active Florida RN license required.

3 years of acute care hospital experience.

**Other requirements** :

Must be able to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period, and at least 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

Must be able to work 3 holidays per year (two major and one minor, as determined by department)

**Preferred qualifications** :

Experience in the following units are preferred: PCU, ER, ICU, Med Surg and/or CDU Observation.
