```Responsibilities```
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of patients' functional abilities

- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for home programs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Qualifications```
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
