Jefferson Health is Hiring a Spinal Cord/Medical Rehab Program Director Near Philadelphia, PA

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Moss-Magee Rehabilitation, this position is responsible for the
complete oversight for inpatient rehabilitation programs. Additionally, the role manages administrative
oversight for the designated area of specialty within Moss-Magee Rehabilitation. The leader in this position
develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates patient care and patient practices within the programs
provided by Moss-Magee Rehabilitation and/or programs across Jefferson Health specific to Rehabilitation
services.
Qualifications
BS/BA Required, MBA/MHA Preferred
OR
5 years of experience in leadership position in post-acute sector overseeing patient care programs.
Working knowledge of EMR with a minimum of 5 years in area of specialty
Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:
Medical rehabilitation certification preferred.
