Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $13/hr
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include adjusting, calibrating, and testing equipment at the beginning of each shift, promptly addressing any equipment issues or malfunctions by effectively communicating with team members, and utilizing your expertise in reading blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and operational sequences. Additionally, you'll maintain and clean equipment regularly to uphold optimal performance standards, operate various machines to produce metallic and plastic workpieces, and prioritize a safe work environment to prevent injuries. Proficiency in using hand tools, accurately reading measurement devices, and tracking machinery progress on an hourly basis with precision are also expected.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proficient in reading measurements and using hand and power tools
• Organized with a proactive attitude
• Essential computer, basic math, language, and reading skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
