Pay rate: $13.00
Shift available: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts. This entails contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and updating account information. You'll ensure accurate payment recording, resolve disputes, and adhere to both company and legal guidelines for debt collection practices.
Candidates should possess at least 1 year of clerical work experience, along with good phone etiquette and basic computer skills.
