About the Job
Commercial Pool Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Pool Repair Specialist to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial pool equipment and structures. We are looking for outdoor-loving, self-driven individuals who can work independently across multiple sites. Multiple contractor positions are available, with opportunities to service pools in different areas of town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair pool pumps and motors
• Service and maintain pool filters, including sand and diatomaceous earth (D.E.) filters
• Install, repair, and maintain pool covers
• Replace and repair pool tiles
• Troubleshoot and fix pool lights and fixtures
• Maintain and repair salt systems
• Replace main drain grates, floor and wall return covers
• Service and maintain deep end ropes and buoys
• Repair and maintain racing lane ropes and buoys
• Detect and repair pool leaks
• Perform pump replacements and other related pool repair tasks

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial pool repairs
• Knowledge of pool equipment, including pumps, motors, filters, and salt systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair pool-related issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Experience working with commercial pool management companies
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards for commercial pools
