Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dietary Director at Wadley Regional Medical Center. The Dietary Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations. The role also involves supervising dietary staff and collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service.

Qualifications:

-ServSave Certification

-Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and dietary regulations

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Knowledge of dietary standards and regulations

-Attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to work well in a team environment

-Degree or certification in nutrition, dietetics, or related field

-Experience in healthcare or hospitality
