Maintenance Technician (ESA) Client Job Title: (ESA)
NOTE: ALL TEST DATES ARE SCHEDULED IN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT AND CANNOT BE SCHEDULED INDIVIDUALLY. THE TESTING BEGINS AT 7:30 AM ON THURSDAYS EACH WEEK.
PROCESS OF LOCAL CANDIDATES CONSIST OF:
- Phone Screen by HKA
- Resume approval by the VMS
- Computer test
- Hands on troubleshooting test
- In person interview
- Determination of offer
PROCESS OF NON-LOCAL CANDIDATES (Relocation could be offered for non-local candidates needing to relocate for acceptance of offer AND paid travel to and from testing and interview after phone interview determination.)
- Phone Screen by HKA
- Resume approval by VMS
- Interview with VMS or Manager
- Determination for testing approval
- Computer test
- Hands on troubleshooting test
- Determination of offer
Potential offering rates are below but are based upon years of experience and outcomes on computer tests, hands-on testing results, and technical interview. Pay Rates with a completed Associates Degree Pay rates are dependent upon years of experience AND education level: OR Pay Rate with Completed High School Diploma or GED • 4 years of experience â 27.00 per hour Position Requirements: Troubleshooting and repair of high-level automated machinery, this could include conveyors, robotic machinery, assembly line equipment, resetting of PLC codes, troubleshooting of sensors, and all other automated equipment. This skill set requires industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, and PC-based controls troubleshooting and repair.
Must be able to work 12-hour night shift, schedule must be flexible to work overtime if needed.
Troubleshooting and repair of 3-phase motors and pneumatic controls.
Siemens PLC S7 experience.
Troubleshooting and repair of HMI (Human Interface Devices).
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC variable frequency drives.
Associates Degree is preferred but not required.
High School Diploma from an accredited high school is required.
