Description

• Estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
• Supervise and mentor an Assistant Project Manager.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Utilize software tools such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Sage for project management tasks.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in commercial interiors construction; healthcare and new construction experience is a plus.
• Strong estimating skills and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Sage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
